Graphic Designer





About the position

  • Design graphic materials for digital and print media (social media, websites, ads, brochures, presentations, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity (logos, color palettes, typography, styles).
  • Collaborate with marketing, communication, and product teams on campaigns and projects.
  • Adapt graphic pieces to different formats and platforms.
  • Ensure visual consistency and quality across all designs.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, UX/UI, and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads: Engage with pre-screened prospects who show genuine interest.
  •  Conduct closing calls (phone or video).
  • Identify the client’s core needs and align them with the proposed solution.
  • Manage objections using advanced persuasion and negotiation techniques.
  • Close high-value sales.
  • Report closing metrics (conversions, revenue generated, closing rate).

Required skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or others.

  • Creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of typography, color, composition, and branding.

  • Communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • (Optional) Basic knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or video editing.
